We currently offer remote NMS services for our partners.

The aim of this service is to streamline your pharmacy’s workflow and optimise your pharmacists’ time by offering your pharmacy the expertise and support required to seamlessly maximise revenue from the NMS service.

We conduct our reviews remotely by securely accessing your pharmacy PMR systems to identify eligible patients for the NMS. It should be noted that at this point we ensure to filter through the PMR system to guarantee there are no missed opportunities thus reducing any leaks in the service. Our team of expert pharmacists will then conduct all phone consultations, ensuring a professional and patient-centric approach. The goal is to maximise the number of completed NMS each month, providing a valuable service to your patients and maximising revenue for your pharmacies.

Remote Access

Our team will securely access your pharmacy computer to identify eligible patients for the NMS, consent forms will no longer need to be printed.

 In-House consultations

 All phone calls will be conducted by our experienced pharmacists, guaranteeing a thorough and professional service.

Maximising Completion

Our goal is to reach the maximum number of completed NMS each month, contributing to improved patient outcomes and increased pharmacy revenue

Monthly Reporting

At the end of each month, detailed reports on completed NMS figures will be provided to your pharmacy for submission via the MYS portal.
